Hey yall! This is the 23rd edition of the Confessions of a Runner podcast.

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States. More than 1 million skin cancers are diagnosed annually. A person’s risk for skin cancer doubles if he or she has had five or more sunburns. Learn these and other facts as I discuss being out in the sun during my long run for the week.
