COAR#15- Follow your strategy
April 6th, 2008 — jodikRunning involves taking on many risks such as getting injured. However, the benefits of running far outweigh the risks involved.
Follow your running strategy in order to reach your goals. It may be to get a PR, run a certain distance, or get healthier, but whatever it is, follow your plan so as to take on enough risk but not too much.
“If a man is alive, there is always danger that he may die, though the danger must be allowed to be less in proportion as he is dead-and-alive to begin with. A man sits as many risks as he runs.”- Henry David Thoreau
