COAR#9- Diversification of the Marathon Plan
February 24th, 2008 — jodikI see diversification as an entity that is just as important to implement into running as it is important to implement in a stock portfolio. We must diversify our running plans in order to produce better results and feel comfortable about what we’re doing.
According to Warren Buffett, you should not invest in anything that you don’t understand. The same goes for running. Don’t do anything as a part of your training plan if you don’t understand it first.
